Haha.<br /><br />1. Take a photo a day. We're 17 days in and I've got 17 photos. :) I really like this project. Not only is it a good way to keep a diary of your life, but it also sort of makes you live each day with a purpose. Don't have a photo of something today? Well, get out there and do something...don't waste today. Also, time was always moving so quickly for me, but doing this project has really slowed everything down. This month is moving by like a turtle, and for this old fart, I'm not complaining AT ALL.<br /><br />2. Jog more. I haven't been jogging everyday like I wanted to, but I have been jogging somewhat regularly. Rain or shine, I'm out there, moving those feet. The snow can't stop me. The icy sidewalks might slow me down, but I'm still moving. Thinking about starting the Insanity workout, since P90X was a total failure.<br /><br />3. Eat less sugar. Yeah, didn't happen. It's kind of a challenge when I'm surrounded by desserts all the time. I even go home smelling like sweets. It just follows me everywhere. Failing the first time doesn't mean you have to wait 'til next new year to start over.
